Booking and Cancellation Policy: Appointments should be scheduled in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge to the client's payment method on file.
 

Health and Safety: Clients must disclose any health conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect their treatment. We maintain strict sanitation and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe environment. We reserve the right to refuse service if the treatment is deemed unsafe for the client’s well-being or condition. A GP's note may be required for clients who are undergoing or have recently had any medical conditions.
 

Payment: Full payment is due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and secure electronic platforms.
 

Service Guarantee: If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will work to resolve any concerns.
 

Mobile Service – Liability: We are not liable for property damage or injury during mobile services. Clients are responsible for ensuring a suitable environment for services, including adequate space and utilities.
 

Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy and protect your personal information. Your data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law or to facilitate services.
